Your luxury journey through these majestic cities, meticulously curated by Morocco Riads and Beyond, will be an exploration of extraordinary stories and captivating experiences.

Marrakech: The Enchanting Red City

Often the first point of discovery for travelers to Morocco, Marrakech, known as the "Red City," enchants visitors with its red sandstone walls and the vibrant life within. The medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, presents a kaleidoscope of experiences — from the labyrinthine souks filled with artisanal crafts, the opulent Bahia Palace and Majorelle Garden to the famed Jemaa el-Fnaa square that transforms into an open-air theater each evening. With Morocco Riads and Beyond, you can retreat to the serenity of a luxury riad after a day exploring this lively city, offering an exquisite balance of excitement and tranquillity.

Fes: The Intellectual and Spiritual Epicenter

Fes, the oldest of the Imperial Cities and often called the 'Mecca of the West', serves as Morocco's spiritual and intellectual core. The city houses the University of Al Quaraouiyine, recognized by many as the oldest existing university in the world. The medina, Fes el Bali, is a living museum where time seems to stand still, its narrow, winding streets home to a range of artisan workshops, stunning riads, and magnificent mosques. Morocco Riads and Beyond can provide expert-guided tours to uncover the heart of Fes, revealing its intricate tapestry of history, religion, and culture.

Meknes: The Moroccan Versailles

Despite being the smallest and often the most overlooked of the Imperial Cities, Meknes is a treasure chest waiting to be discovered. Known as "The Moroccan Versailles," Meknes bears the vision of Sultan Moulay Ismail who aimed to rival the magnificence of Louis XIV's palace. Noteworthy attractions include the grandiose Bab Mansour gate, the exquisite Dar Jamai Museum, and the Sultan's mausoleum.
